Post-printing	ALL our banners are hemmed on all four sides and have a brass grommet hole in each corner plus the center top and bottom. On vinyl banners longer than 2 meter, we put additional brass grommets top and bottom as needed at NO ADDED cost. If you need even more grommets, we can add them at no added charge. Just ask. Inside image hole (Default) Outside image hole, add 5 cm width white edge.

Deadline for receiving files	17:00 Any file received or approved after 17:00 will be seemed the next working day.
Turnaround time	1 working day after PICJOY gets the approved file.
Free delivery service	1. Any order >199 CNY. 2. Deliver by Express service in about 1 working day. 3. Deliver in Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province. 4. Not include any fragile products, for example, any glass, mugs, or foam board bigger than A4 size.
Paid delivery service	1. PICJOY will charge the Express fee depends on the weight. Minimum cost 15 CNY. 2. For rush jobs, PICJOY will charge the instant delivery service, in Shanghai area it takes 1-2 hours to deliver. Minimum cost 25 CNY.
