File format

1. AI, PDF, TIF and CDR are print-ready formats.
2. If you use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, please print them into PDF format with "Press" option.

Bleed area

1. All design which will be mass printed and cut should be added bleed area.
2. Please view detail product page to find the bleed size for different products. All important content should be place 3mm far away from the edge.

Create outline for all the text

1. If you use AI or CDR format, please create outline for all the text.

Linked image file

1. If you will send us AI file, please do not forget embed linked images. Or you can send us image file alone.

Announcement of the color quality：

1. We guarantee all the color error will be smaller than 10% between every round of printing and comparing to the industry color standard.
2. Computer screen can not be a color reference.
3. Please do not fill very heavy ink more than 250%, such as Black(C100% M100% Y100% K100%). High ink coverage will cause the ink can not dry in time, and the print will be dirty.
4. Please use CMYK mode, not RGB.
5. Each color of CMYK should be filled not less than 5%, because any fill under 5% can equal 0%.
